Change of mind/Incorrect purchases
- Upon approval, items must be returned within 30 days (or purchase) with postage costs at your expense
- Items must be returned in new (unused) condition and in original packaging
- Change of mind/incorrect purchase returned will receive a partial refund of 85% of the purchase price
- Some items are made to manufacture/order and cannot be returned. These listings will state “non returns accepted”
Faulty, Damaged or Doesn’t match the listing description
If the items your received it doesn’t match the description in the original listing, or it is arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us to discuss and organise a full product refund. No credit is offered on postage. Additional you’re covered under EBay money back guarantee.
