Schueco windows, doors and facades for architectural impact
When your motto is that your client has only to dream it and you’ll make it in glass, it’s a whole lot easier when you’re authorised to fabricate Schueco systems. With clients and their architects dreaming ever more of massive windows and uninterrupted minimalism, these German systems are the only answer.
Schueco: sheer scale in glass
The Schueco ASS 39 sliding door system, for instance, is a full metre wider than the previous largest we could offer. It’s more like a sliding glass wall than a door. The glass can be up to 32 mm thick and weigh as much as 270 kg. You’d think something that size would might require a more obtrusive mechanism but the opposite is true. The Schueco ASS 39 has the rollers integrated into the sill profile. That means can be completely flush. When the door is open, it’s like it was never there.
Its big brother, the ASS 77, can be automated. There’s nothing else like it in Australia
When your dreams are about architecture featuring complete glass facades without any framing obscuring the effect, talk to us about Schueco.
