SHIPPING
We nearly always use Australia Post for our shipping.
Our minimum postage charge is up to weight of 500g as directed by Australia Post. From 500g the next postage rate is up to a weight of 3kgs. Australia Post will take items up to 5kgs, this provides online tracking and delivery notifications for both the sender and the recipient when you place your email address on your order.
Items up to 1800mm can be shipped with Australia Post. Items larger than this and heavier than 5kgs will be required to be sent via courier – please ask us for a quotation with you delivery address before completing your order. We reserve the right to contact you if you have not disclosed this detail and the shipping falls outside of the agree terms.
We offer Express postage on most items 1-3 days for an additional fee – please see the listings for details.
High risk items and items heavier than 5kgs will need to be sent via courier – we cannot ship to PO Boxes – Street address and contact phone numbers will be required for this type of delivery service.
We ship within 1-3 business days of receipt of your order – if for any reason you order will be delayed we will contact you.
Special orders items attract additional delivery times from 2-4 weeks as these are made to order items, or stock not held on hand.
Some items may be shipped directly from a supplier (drop shipped). These items may have a 48 hours dispatch time, and can be expected to have a delivery time of 3 to 10 days depending on the location. No we cannot drop ship to PO Boxes as these items are sent via courier and they require a street address and phones number for completion of these orders.
